LONELINESS

Loneliness is a child without childhood.

Loneliness is a family without love.

Loneliness is not having friends and wanting them.

Loneliness is losing your family and being placed in strange hands.

Loneliness is loving and reaching out and not being received.

Loneliness is wanting to learn and no one teaching you.

Loneliness is wanting to play with others and being chosen because you are the only one left.

Loneliness is telling the truth and not being believed.

Loneliness is finally having a friend and having that friend die.

Loneliness is wanting to be a father and not achieving this fulfilment.

Loneliness is being in a room full of people and being alone.

Loneliness is being afraid to laugh.

Loneliness is believing all that is spoken ill of you and wondering how this could be.

Loneliness is being ridiculed in front of your class.

Loneliness is being abused for something you did not do.

Loneliness is being an outsider in your own family.

Loneliness is knowing others laugh at you behind you back.

Loneliness is believing you as a child are the personification of evil and that you cause others to do wrong.

Loneliness is being emotionally, physically and sexually abused as a child and being told it's you fault.

Loneliness is being sexually molested by someone you love.

Loneliness is feeling guilty, all your life.

Loneliness is not being able to trust.

Loneliness is finding out the shame is not yours.
